The BESTest Banana Bread! (mini-muffin style)

The best banana bread recipe I have found comes from the "Cooking Cousins," watch the video, write down the ingredients and you will have a yummylicious banana bread.  I made banana mini-muffins...

Banana bread is the greatest thing you can do with almost-too-old-bananas!  Don't forget to cook for shorter time if you make the mini-muffins! uh oh!

Tabbouleh is delicious, but only when it is made backwards... less parsley, more bulgar! (Yay bulgar = whole grain healthiness!) I found this recipe through my FCS professor, YUMMMMMMMM.... It's the best when served in pita pockets like these...

The day I found these, they were $1 at Kroger!  Ahh what a fantastic day it was!

Here's what it looks like in all of its glory in the bowl... add the feta in to the pita and into the bowl because feta is amazing of course. No it's not you say?  You are mistaken.  Yes it is.

Why didn't this exist when I was little....

This place is seriously awesome.  It is called Peek-A-Boo Play Place and is in Eagle Rock, CA.  I've never been anywhere like it until I went with the little boy I'm nannying.  It's just a giant room with a climbing tower, bounce-a-round, books, toys, dress up clothes, tea party supplies, slides and a special upstairs for kids under 2.  Best. idea. ever.  So easy to maintain and you make tons of money on kids who just want to play with new toys.  It's like a giant public preschool room where parents just sat around on comfy couches with their MacBooks.  So Great.
