Betty Crocker and Parchment Paper

Oh my gosh! Parchment paper is amazing!  It helped me make these delicious cookies last night (sans the nuts!)

First of all it was really difficult to bring myself to buy the paper.  It is like $4 a roll! But totally worth it I now know, and you can totally reuse it!  It saves time from scrubbing stuck cookies off the pan and time is money, right-o? Yay Parchment Paper!
